The hotel has a nice garden and lake view. There is no lake access though. But it easy to cross next door to go to the lake. The girls who work in the restaurant are really nice.

They need to put more outlets in the room or at least an extention cable. And they definitely need to approve the WiFi. It is nice in the restaurant but half of the time it didn't reach my room. I do not like that there was a 5min shower rule of having hot water

the motel is by the lake with a platform for a good view. it provides free parking and very decent wifi. my wife likes the fish in the restaurant very much.

we wish we knew that it is so close to Tikal that we could have saved a lot of money by staying here instead of throwing money away staying inside the park.
