like most rooms in Guatemala, the beds are a bit too small for European people.

We enjoyed the lakeside location and the helpful staff. Our room was nice and clean and the meals we had were all very good.

Shower

It was a wonderful stay, very calm, a nice garden, lots of nature around, directly next to the lake with a platform from which you can watch the sunset/sunrise. The shower is warm and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is directly located next to the street where you can take a collectivo/bus to Tikal, Yaxha, or the airport. From the airport it takes 30 mins with a collectivo/bus/taxi. The personal is very friendly and helped a lot regarding transportation question, organisation, etc. They also offer a laundry service. Rooms are cleaned daily. Special thank you to Marvel, who speaks English fluently and is always helping.

The restaurant is okay, however there are better food options around the hotel. Breakfast starts at 6:30, which is great.
