Room a bit tired - curtains only just worked. Decor quite worn Staff were friendly on the whole but totally overwhelmed with number of customers

Die Lage , das Personal, die Zimmergröße.

Ich hatte mich gewundert, warum ich über die Homepage kein Familienzimmer für 5 Personen buchen konnte, sondern nur über Bookin.com. Es stellte sich heraus, dass es nur 4 Betten gab. Die Matratze auf dem Beistellbett lag falsch rum.

"Was very comfortable staff were friendly easily approachable location was good"

The breakfast was ok the cooked breakfast was good. Location was very convenient easy to get buses from place to place

The tea and coffee both in room and at restaurant was rubbish the sheet was also dirty as well looked like blood or something on it. There was alot noise from room as well from outside
