Hotel is a bit dated and could do with a refurb but otherwise clean. Was able to park in the hotel car park though you need your room key to open the gates. Plenty of parking spaces though. My room was very big and spacious. I think I had an accessible room as the beds were low and the bathroom was a big and more like a wet room with just a shower which was very low down. It flooded the bathroom when I had a shower. This was all fine for me but the room was on the second floor so not sure how that’s ‘accessible’ in a fire when you can’t use the lift! Or maybe this was a standard room and they’re all like that. Tea, coffee and kettle provided in room. Little sweets were placed on the bed from housekeeping which is nice. Breakfast was ok- buffet style. You grab a tray and off you go! No hot food. But usual fruit, bread, cereal, ham and cheese, yoghurt etc. The only pastries they had were the same croissants every day, which was disappointing as most other places (in France and the rest of Europe) offer a variety of pastries. Lovely spacious gardens near the outdoor pool. I felt the hotel was quite basic and not 4 star, although it had a spa area and other facilities that I didn’t use. Overall it was fine.

Le sejour sest globalement bien passé jai juste 3 points negatifs : je n'ai pas eu deau chaude le matin alors que je ne sejournais quune seule nuit, jai trouve l'hitel un peu excentré, et la telecommande ne fonctionnait pas. A part cela tout sest bien passé, le personnel tres sympathique, les buffets avec beaucoup de choix,la piscine tres apprciable et les cocktails delicieux.

the room was ok, clean and new, the staff all around the hotel are very nice and helpful, but the weirdest thing was the check-in and check-out time, I haven't seen that at any place in the world!!! how is it possible to check in at 5 pm and check out at 10 am!! the second thing that was not pleasant at all, was the breakfast and dinner buffet, the choices are very limited and the quality of food is way below average, there is a funny smell in the restaurant as well that is not appetizing at all and the timing of the buffet is very short! you have to wake up early for breakfast

Nous sommes arrivés le Lundi matin pour déposer nos bagagges en sachant très bien que la chambre n'était pas disponible.Le jeune homme à l'accueil était charmant et nous a indiqué que notre chambre serait prete pour 14 H.Nous sommes donc revenu vers 14H30 et Delphine (responsable de l'accueil) nous a très mal recu en nous disant non les chambres sont pretes pour 17h et pas avant ! sur un ton très désagréable.Heureusement que les autres personnes à l'accueil étaient charmants car nous étions prets à quitter l'établissement

Bon séjour mais Spa hors service , horaires piscines incompatibles avec les visites de la ville

Je recommande. Rien a dire sur la propreté, très bon accueil, la chambre etait grande. Plusieurs activités proposée.
