"Great central location"

Excellent location central to town with free parking space and good communication from host. Clean apartment with outside patio area.

Flat needs more insulation to reduce noise from corridor doors and communal stairway. Beds and sofa were a bit too low for our liking. Please put crockery on lower shelves, shorter people cannot reach the top shelves!

We were initially drawn to this apartment due to the fair nature of the terms and conditions. We ruled out other properties in Cheltenham due to the small print on deposits and hidden fees, plus onerous check-in requirements. The apartment was modern, very well equipped, clean, in a great location. Highly recommended!

The location was ideal for the town. Everything was then walking distance. Having an assigned parking spot was very handy. Two bathrooms also made the trip more enjoyable. As the weather was nice having the courtyard to take the air was nice.

No real negatives, a basin in the kitchen would be nice, but generally the flat was ideal

Cosy flat close to centre of Cheltenham

Noisy people in flat above, TV kept blinking and delayed, no light above the entrance door or keypad so difficult to type code to enter.
