Poor sound installation, not to have dining table and normal chairs is very uncomfortable

Great location. Clean & comfortable apppartment.

The building is not very soundproof so you can hear people in other appartments talking and walking about upstairs. This is not the appartment owners fault just a building issue.

Can be a little noisy at times below other residents being a ground floor apartment but understandable.
