Awesome apartment. Beautifully maintained.

Location. The photos were very cleverly done - great photos of the property. The surrounding area is a bit questionable!!

Super clean, exceptionally furnished, a five minutes walk from the promenade and plenty of choices for dining nearby

What a little gem this apartment is! The location was excellent and to be able to park the car for our stay and walk everywhere was a great bonus. It was very easy to access the property and to be able to leave the keys in a key safe when going out meant that we were not at risk of losing them! The facilities were second to none with all requirements well catered for. This apartment is well recommended for a stay in lively Cheltenham.

This is a little nit picking and only mentioned in order to be positive! One or two minor maintenance issues need to be addressed. We could (and maybe should) of reported these during our stay but we were so busy enjoying Cheltenham. In the separate bathroom, the shower rail requires tightening and a radiator bracket cover requires replacement. In the living area one of the bar stools is missing a black handle. These are very minor maintenance issues that we are sure would be spotted and rectified at some point and certainly did not detract or spoil our stay at this fantastic apartment.

It was in a perfect location, just off the Main Street but perfect for shopping and the nightlife.

Very clean and everything you need in a self catering apartment the beds was very comfortable and outdoor space was ideal .

Apartment decor and design is beautifully decorated. Smelt lovely when we first walked in! The 2 bathrooms are nice, powerful and hot showers, linen and towels provided and plenty of wardrobe hanging space. Could do with a cost rack/hooks in the hallway to put jackets and shoes.

The street it is on leaves a little to be desired! It's a good location but when I arrived and parked the car I definitely had a little apprehension of what it was going to be like. The beds feel like a small double, they're okay if you are 2 small people! But I really wish they were a king size as I struggled to sleep in them. You could hear the family upstairs who clearly have 2 young children, they could be heard walking around and crying etc, especially at bedtime. We found leftover litter behind the TV unit, a plastic bottle and what appeared to be a dog chew toy even though we were reassured that the apartment was pet free. The parking space can definitely fit 2 cars but for some reason we were categorically told it is for 1 car.
