Staff were very friendly and helpful

Bathroom was not great, the ceiling light was open with exposed wiring into a wet room. The drain was mostly blocked and created a small flood when using the shower.

"ticked all the boxes so will definitely stay again"

room was clean. comfy bed. good quality shower. Liked the shower curtain which had magnets to make them stick to the bath edge and not my legs when showering. little thing that made a big difference. Didn't have breakfast this time unfortunately, but historically a big plus. Has been very nice in the past.
