Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were really nice to us. We had dinner there for 2 nights and the food was great! Better than some famous restaurants in Khaoyai. The hotel is mostly for kids so if you don't travel with kids you may want to consider other hotels at this price range.

However, the waitresses at the restaurant were a bit confused and didn't pay enough attention to us like they didn't hand the menu to us and we needed to ask several time to finally get it. The lady at the reception desk didn't count though. She was very nice and active. And I wish there were more playground equipment.

Good hotel and location, convenient access, the hotel interior and exterior is well done and very friendly and well trained staff, unique concept with guest experience and hotel storytelling, F&B wise, the all day dinning restaurant and bar is well designed and decorated serving international cuisines. I had ordered two items the fresh spring roll was delicious but my grilled snow fish was not ok as the fish was half cooked which can be food poisoning after my half finish on my particular menu however, the FB staff was canceled that snow fish bill for me but I’d rather enjoy my food and pay as normal. Hence, FB kitchen need improvement

Bad service from the reception staff we request her for pool villa room she say it is fully booked it happen second time . First time we came she did the same thing this time again she repeat the same thing . It’s seems she is only interested in keeping this customers happy . I was very disappointed her name is TIk .breakfast is also not so good and the cleaning staff don’t clean the room properly . Never will come to this hotel again very disappointed especially with the behavior of the staff Tik.
