Case Verona

I loved that the apartment had access to a shared patio and that the property was located in a guarded area. This made us feel safe letting our 20-month-old play outside. The host was very generous and allowed us to use their child's pushbike, which my son absolutely loved — thank you for that! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Communication with the host was excellent. Although the property is not located in the city center, there is a very good connection to the Old Town — just one bus that gets you there quickly. On the plus side, the area is very quiet and peaceful, which makes it ideal for traveling with small children.

I was surprised to learn that an additional city tax had to be paid upon arrival and in cash, which was a bit inconvenient since there’s no ATM nearby. Also, the shower was a bit leaky, so after each use, the entire bathroom needed to be cleaned. Additionally, the water temperature in the shower was inconsistent, and I even got slightly burned at one point — so be careful with that!

A very comfortable and immaculatey clean and spacious apartment,provided with all utilities. Very convenient location for visiting both Verona and Lake Garda. Plenty of underground parking spaces.

A very minor point is that there was no tea towel provided to dry dishes.

The apartment was beautiful and modern. I loved staying here! It is allocated at the end of the city, but the centre is only 15 minutes away by car. Many good restaurants can be found nearby.

Personally, I don't like hard mattresses. I slept in the kitchen/dining room where the entrance was, and the pull out bed was very hard and a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. But my parents liked the hard mattress in the bedroom, so it is a personal preference.

Extremely noisy people in unit above ours, they drove us crazy moving table and chairs constantly. Large balcony but no chairs or table. Liquid soap dispensers supplied but not user-friendly and sharp, would be good to have them replaced.
