Mi avevano detto che avevano il loro parking privato. Invece ho dovuto lasciare la moto fuori sulla strada in un posticino accanto l'hotel. Ma non è successo niente.

El desayuno bastante bueno, estacionamiento también fue de gran ayuda.

La ragazza della reception molto gentile e accogliente

Le stanze nel complesso hanno bisogno di essere rinnovate e sistemate. Anche la pulizia andrebbe migliorata.

The 2nd room I got was nice and clean . And the location. The staff in general are friendly.

When I made my booking it was for a non smoking room I was given a smoking room. The smell in the room was bad. I requested my booking to be honored . The receptionist tried to keep in that room and said he has some spray that will remove the smell. I said I'll give him a chance , he came up and sprayed something like you use to kill flys . I told him no change me the room as it stinks . He then changed the room to be fair it was a cleaner and nicer room . And it was a non smoking room . The other problem was key cards tend to reset at 12PM I went and ask for a reset . The first day the lady was fine reset it and all good. The 2nd day a gentleman started asking me for money to do it . I refused . I said I paid . And I insisted I don't want to pay for something that I already have paid for. He then sorted the card out. My brother after me was fixed with out any questions.
