Phi Phi Indigo Hotel

Tivemos um problema com o ar condicionado na segunda das 4 noites que passamos, mas mudamos de quarto com upgrade o que melhorou muito. O staff foi muito receptivo

Infelizmente como é bem no centro, no nosso primeiro quarto tivemos problema com o barulho que vinham de fora do hotel, mas também das pessoas que passavam no corredor!

The property was well located in the party area, it’s an easy walk to just about anything on the island. The staff was amazing, very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with hot water showers. Free coffee machine in the mornings was a nice touch.

The air conditioning didn’t work well and dripped water. It was really loud due to the location. This might be a plus if you are looking for that, but if you aren’t it can get annoying. It might help to let people know this prior to booking.

The staff are lovely and rooms are modern and clean. Well located and comfy beds

We had to move because one side of the hotel is next to a live music bar which is so close the windows were vibrating. The music went until 1am and it was unbearable. We did move after the first night and obviously its not the hotels fault, but I think they should put double glazing in as the single glazing was letting noise through like sitting on a speaker!
