Staff are great, very patient, extremely friendly and make every effort to make you comfortable, help out and offer advice. Ample parking on site and easy to get into the city, by car or public transport. Hotel is kept exceptionally clean and the WiFi worked very well in the room. Will definitely return.

Would suggest to reprogram the air conditioning units not to beep so much when starting and shutting down, Found that the towels could use a bit of a refresh and perhaps slightly bigger for after bathing.

Wir waren auf der Rückreise und suchten zur späten Stunde eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Hotel Tina hat eine 24 Stunden besetzte Rezeption und einen überwachten Parkplatz was für uns perfekt war. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, die Klimaanlage leise, das Frühstück wunderbar und das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Insgesamt war das Hotel sehr sauber.

Der Kühlschrank war zu laut. Wir hatten ihn deswegen ausgeschaltet.

"Lovely Hotel that is Also Feeling like Home"

It feels like a hotel and home at the same time. Martina meets you with a splendid smile. In the morning they personally welcome you to breakfast and offer hot options. The room was cozy, small but nice, huge bathroom, lovely little balcony. Clean, nice! Thank you!

Sauber, gute Lage, etwas aus der Zeit gefallen. Sehr gutes Frühstück- wenn Mensch bestellt!

Interior teilweise nicht zeitgemäß, z.B. der Föhn … Recht teuer für Zagreb.

Very nice stuff, great service,,convenient location - 15 mins by easy driving home city centre. Fully satisfied!

Ne radi se o novom objektu. Sobe su preuređene, a sada bi na red trebala doći renovacija kupaonica. Ne mislim pri tom na: 'zastarjele' pločice, već konkretno na napuknuti umivaonik. Ipak, sve je čisto i uredno održavano, pa se takvi detalji lako zanemare. Ono što posebno izdvaja ovaj hotel jest osoblje. Vrlo su pristupačni i uslužni, bez onog umjetnog, 'ukiseljenog' osmijeha. Ostavljaju dojam da zaista vole svoj posao i rad s ljudima. Upravo su oni zaslužni za iznimno ugodnu atmosferu u hotelu. Prednost je osiguran parking i što ste direktnom i jedinom autobusnom linijom povezani s Kaptolom. Ovo mjesto bih preporučila svima.
