La stanza è luminosa, carina, attrezzata di tutto. Super comoda. I proprietari estremamente gentili e disponibili. La mia è stata una permanenza breve ma molto piacevole!

Second time at Anania, Nicoletta and Giorgio are the best hosts ever.

Nos quedamos 2 noches en cagliari, el lugar esta en una zona residencial, a 30 min a pie del centro y unos 10 en bus. Es muy facil moverse en bus, el apartamento, estaba bastante limpio, el baño se encuentra fuera de la habitacion, incluia toallas y implementos necesarios, shampoo, jabon, secador de pelo. nos dieron agua y cafe a nuestra disposicion. La cocina estaba equipada, la habitacion tenia una mesa, sillas y un escritorio. Hubo buena comunicacion con el lugar, nos explicaron sobre los ticketes de bus, cosas importantes que ver y como ir a la playa en bus. Se pudiera agregar incluir una sombrilla de playa en la habitacion (seria genial), buscar reducir los muebles dentro de la habitacion (no tantas sillas) y acomodar un poco mejor la habitacion para que sea aun mas comoda, la ducha necesita una limpieza un poco mas atenta ya que acumula humedad por el uso.

A very convenient location, the aparment has everything one needs to sleep over and cook something while travellig. Communication with the host was effortless.

This review specifically applies for the unit with a kitchenette: What tou need to know upfront is that it is an apparment divided into several units and you'll be renting one of those. As a result the room with the kitchenette was very small, there was no wardrobe, bedside tables, or reading lamps. As mentioned in the description, the bathroom is accesible through a common space, which is inconvenient but managable. Unfortunatelly since having no windows the bathroom had a foul smell which only temporarely dissappeared while the (a bit noisy) ventilation was on.

Really enjoyed our stay at Anania. The location is good with enough parking facilities on the street and there is a bus stop nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable. But above all the owners are very friendly people who showed us nice places in Cagliari!
