Zuzan is an amazing host who cared for me and made it possible to stay in my room longer than planned when I fell ill. She made sure I got everything I needed. The room is good with its own bathroom, everything is clean. Only 10-15 min to walk to the centre of Cusco

A stay here is like being a part of the guesthouse proprietors extended family. Expect to dine at desayuno with other guests in the living/dining area. Nice warm blankets will keep you sleeping warm in the Andean mountains.

If other guests are loud or have children you will likely hear it.

Felt right at home with Zuzan and her family. Cozy room in spacious guest house.

Water supply sometimes intermittent or cut off.

I felt blessed to have landed in this lovely home! Zuzan was there to welcome me when I arrived and when I was feeling sick from the altitude she made me tea and soup and brought it to my room. She even checked on me multiple times to see how I was feeling. She was happy to chat and give me recommendations for Cusco and the valley and I felt she truly cared to know how my trip went even after I left Cusco. I was happy with the breakfast, the private room and bathroom for the price, and the quiet sunny rooftop in the mornings. The place is a 20 min walk to the center and I would taxi back at night. If you want a homey experience, especially if you’re alone and need a bit of caretaking, I highly recommend!!!

No real complaints. The hot water didn’t last long but I managed. The blankets were ample and so I wasn’t cold (I’m easily cold). A bit of smell in the room/bathroom. But nothing too bad overall, especially for the price.

We spent 3 weeks here on 3 separate stays and we loved it. The host Zuzan was super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was pretty decent as well. She let us leave our bags there while we went to the Amazon and Machu Picchu. No complaints with our stay here, it's great value.

We were concerned about the wifi but it was good enough for my partner to work comfortably 95% of the time and her video calls not have many problems. It could be better but overall it was decent

Nice views from the road outside, but not from the rooms.

They kept turning off rhe water completely at night and also when the family went out. On valentines night they went out and with no warning left us with no water at all, not even cold water. I was in the kitchen peeling potatoes when it ran out and I had no way of even washing my hands. The other guest there was also complaining but, like me, he had agreed to pay them the same price in cash without booking the extra time via this website. Therefore, neither of us could ring up Booking to complain, and obviously they knew that. When the host answered my message, he said he would get someone to come to the house and turn it on. They did but then it went out again, so when I wrote to the host asking why they kept turning it off and there had to be a reason? Well, I never got a reply to that! I don't know why guests lie and say that the WiFi is good, as i had to place my laptop on the window sill to get a signal, and even then it dropped out several times. Single room was very small, and the window faces the passageway, so no privacy. The door and bedhead are also within centimetres of the top of the stairs. Thankfully, I found a nice hotel in the centre of town for the same price, a double room with awesome mountain views and the guy there did me a special price, so I'll never go back here!
