Incredible place, really nice!

Location was great, and the loft room was super spacious! I was a bit too tall for the bathroom door haha. The water pressure of the shower was amazinggggg. The kitchenette was very well equipped.

Communication was often a bit tricky; I waited around for about 30 mins at reception for someone to attend to the desk, even though I had previously communicated my arrival time.

ここのオーナーは本当に無責任で信じられません。クスコでの滞在を台無しにしたくなければ、このホステルには絶対に泊まらないでください。 私はこのホステルでハイドロエレクトリカ行きのバンを予約しましたが、オーナーに集合場所を間違えて案内され、そのせいでバンに乗り遅れました。その結果、予定がすべて崩れ、マチュピチュのチケットも取れず、滞在自体が台無しになりました。 オーナーは一見謝罪しているようでしたが、実際には責任を取る姿勢は全く感じられませんでした。 マチュピチュから戻った後、1階のプライベートルームに案内されましたが、上の階からの男性と女性のの騒音がひどく、夜遅くまで大音量の音楽と、非常に不快な物音・声で全く眠れませんでした。あまりにもひどかったのでWhatsAppでオーナーに連絡しましたが、その騒音の発生源がオーナー本人だったことに気づき、非常に驚きました。このような行為はあまりにも非常識です。 さらに、シャワーは冷水しか出ず、お湯は一切使えませんでした。 これまでで最悪レベルの宿泊体験でした。このホステルに泊まるくらいなら、宿がない方がまだマシだと思います。

Spacious room with a small kitchen, couch and a small coffee table with chairs. Fast and stable internet. The setup worked perfect for my online meeting. Cute common courtyard.

There was no heating, so the room was freezing cold. There was no one to receive me in the reception upon arrival, so was standing outside in pouring rain for 20-30 mins and had to use my foreign sim to contact the hotel (which costed me another $10).

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Resident dog was very cute
