The staff’s hospitality was incredibly warm — truly the best part of the entire hotel. We stayed in Villa C5, a standalone villa located across the courtyard. The space is large, with two bathrooms, which is very convenient. There are also two separate bedrooms that can accommodate 5–6 people, making it ideal for a family stay. The breakfast was absolutely amazing — the best part of every day was waking up and looking forward to it.

I’m not sure what the other rooms in this hotel are like, but I think there are quite a few areas for improvement in Villa C5 to make the hotel even better: 1. The villa is on the ground floor, and the courtyard is open to come and take photos. However, the curtains are semi-transparent, so privacy is not very good. 2. The courtyard was not well maintained. Tree branches were blocking parts of the walkway, and there are many steps. At night, there was no proper lighting — even using a flashlight, we almost tripped several times. 3. There was a serious ant and insect problem in the room. This really needs attention. Ants crawled from the living room all the way to the kitchen, there were spiders in the bathroom, and strange bugs in the bedroom. We didn’t feel comfortable sitting on the sofa or placing anything on the floor, which made the stay quite unsettling. 4. There was nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. The water pressure was very weak, and on some days the hot water was not hot enough. 5. The lighting throughout the entire villa felt insufficient. Combined with the dark color scheme of the interior design, staying there for a while started to feel somewhat gloomy.

The staff were wonderful and breakfast was delicious.

It smelt a bit damp and was a little noisy but this didn’t detract from our stay.

Chambre coté ville trop bruyante , pas assez insonorisé. Malgré tout , on as passer une bonne nuit .
