Lovely apartment

Quite a bad smell from drains in bathroom.

Bathroom was very tiny, the wash basin is smaller even for a kid to use, for an adult it is almost useless (smaller than one on an airplane). Bathroom had no locks on the door. On our third day, the bathroom door was stuck and couldn't be opened at all (even without any kind of locks), it happened around 10 pm, a person came over, tried to open the door, didn't work, tried for more than an hour, then came another person, and they both succeeded to break the door. And after multiple calls, there was no attempt to get back to us, no moving us to another apartment, no asking if the bathroom ok to use, even after registering a complaint and requesting a callback, no one has called us back yet. As a family of four, we had to use the bathroom with broken door for 2 days, without any response. And we were meant to celebrate my birthday on the evening this all happened, but both persons (both nice people) stayed till 1 am to try and break the door. The whole purpose of this holiday was defeated. I personally feel cheated that no one contacted even once about this. To add to all this, we had contacted earlier to provide us with more fresh towels, which were promised to be delivered on next day, this never happened.

The staff didnt came for check in for 1 hour

Comfortable bad, good towels, near the metro.

Check in from 15:00, but 15:30. Property manager contacted us to ask about the time of check in, we wrote that we would like to come at 15:00 or earlier if possible. Then he wrote us at 14:59 that apartment is ready which meant he would be there in 30 minutes and we checked in at 15:30, waiting 30 minutes near the building. It’s not the end of the world but 30 minutes less waiting would be better. The bathroom is a bit old, there is mold and some problem with drainage/sewer, which means there is always a bad smell in the bathroom. Apartment was flooded recently. There are signs of it on the walls, sofa, chairs, on of the tables.

Location was okay.

First day the elevator didn't work, so it was difficult to get upstairs (4 floor) with all the lagguages. Bathroom is very small.

Very clean apartment with comfortable beds. Location near to Metro Station (3 min walking) and a lot of shops and markets around. It takes about 15 min to be in he centrum by the Metro and about 40 min to be in the airport using L9 sud Fluent and quick Check-in (thanks to Andrés)
