Riad Elegancia was a genuinely perfect place to stay. The two stand outs for us were the property itself (it is beautiful and so zen) and the service (nothing was too much, the cleaning was spot on and everything was dealt with promptly and efficiently). As it was Ramadan no alcohol was served, but you could visit their sister hotel nearby, which was super close and also had a beautiful roof terrace, if you fancied a tipple. Will absolutely be back

Rooms was clean and comfortable. We stayed in February, there was hot water and air conditioning units in room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us to arrange agafay trip. Location was amazing , very close to souks and jemaa el-fnaa as well as many other places. We just walked and find many places.

Friendly staff - went above and beyond with any request. Beautiful terrace and pool which was perfect for sunbathing. Bar serving alcohol which is not common in Morocco. Perfect location as walkable to everywhere

Staff were really helpful and very attentive, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast was plentiful! and delicious. The spa and gym facilities were good too. The hammam massage was brilliant! We will definitely be back!

Great location. Only a short walk from taxi drop off. Peaceful. Beautiful rooms and decor. Very comfortable. Lovely roof top with excellent view over the city. Highly recommend

Restaurant very expensive. Didn’t eat there as lots of options to eat nearby.

I really loved the gorgeous design in the reception area, so colourful and unique. The team is absolutely amazing and would go above and beyond to help in any way. We loved spending time on the roof top area where a lovely bar and a nice pool are. Our room was clean and so beautifully designed, with an extremely comfy mattress too.

We would have preferred being able to choose what to order for breakfast instead of receiving a standard set of dishes. Also, the windows in the room face a common area so you can't really leave them open. To get to the Riad entrance you need to walk a couple of minutes in a tiny and dark street.
