Price, location, good wife, has a water dispenser. We had an extra guest with us, and i loved the flexibility of the staff, that they allowed for an extra pay for our guest to stay with us in the room with an extra mattress

One of the towel didnt seem to fresh (smelled with cigarettes). And we ran of toilet paper very quickly. They were also no papaer tissues in the room

"Cheap hotel that could've been a good value for money, but had some irritating functional problems"

Well, mainly it was cheap. In a good location. Not the cleanest but clean. Not bad if you just need a bed to sleep, but that's about it. One of the rooms had more modern furniture than the other, probably a matter of luck as they were supposed to be the same.

Water was cold when we reached the hotel and wanted to take a shower. The toilet seat in one of the rooms we stayed was broken and noone cared to fix it.
