A very beautiful and comfortable place to stay. I thought the rooms were very clean and staff were super friendly. There’s free gated parking and a kitchen and Washington machine which were very nice. I would recommend staying here!

We as a family of 6 recently returned from Villa Marim. The villa was exceptional, clean, comfortable and Victor the host was friendly and always on call if required. 10 miin drive to Olhao which offers loads of restaurants catering for all of us. Additionally there are two lovely restaurants 50 yards from the villa, we visited both. Beautiful beaches nearby, we visited Fuseta beach with a lovely cafe on the beach and on another day visited one of the many islands by boat. We also had a tour of the nature reserve by Segway, and visited the 'dead sea' salt ponds something my teenagers really enjoyed - floating in the salt lake and covering them selves with clay (good for the skin!). We decided not to hire a car as it would have cost £1200 for the six of us for a week, and instead opted for ubers which were reliable, quick and cheap, We went out 6 of the 7 days and roughly spent about £300 on ubers, this included going into Faro, Olhao and Fuseta. There is also a train station in Olhao which gives you access to the Algarve line. This was our first visit to Portugall and I was nervous as our holiday has to cater for 2 adults, and our children, 25, 18, 16 and 12! An important thing for the kids was wifi which was great in the villa for them to use their phones, switch and watch netflix when they wanted to. We had the 4 bedroom villa which meant everybody had there own bedroom apart from my 2 boys who shared comfortably.

Nothing could have been better, fantastic, I recommend doing your first shop in Lidls in Olhao till you get your bearings. Additionally Victor will do a shop for when you arrive, we asked him to get us a few basics which was appreciated after our flight.

the villas are very well maintained and the rooms are quite modern. swimming is open 24 hours!! the check-in is smooth. overall the facilities are great!

the check-out time of 10:00 A.M is simply too early! the trash in our rooms are not picked up & when we come back, the room smells a bit. the cleanliness of the balcony could be improved.

The villa was beautiful and the swimming pool was perfect and is sun-drenched all day! Victor is the nicest host you could wish for and he really wants you to experience the local delights and the area - his passion for the region is great! The room was clean, the kitchen was fully functional and had everything you could want!

The place was far away from the city centre but there is things around it which compensate for that
