De locatie is geweldig! Binnen loopafstand in het oude centrum is alles eenvoudig te bereiken. Het appartement is groot en van gemakken voorzien. Je kunt hier eenvoudig met 4 personen verblijven. Ruime slaapkamer & badkamer.

De vaatwasser was helaas kapot, en we moesten even opzoek naar de informatie over het verblijf. Voor de rest prima, we hebben het heerlijk gehad. Als je de Deluxe suite boekt (2e verdieping), houdt rekening met veel trappen, want de slaapkamer is op de 3e verdieping. Voor ons geen probleem

De locatie was super en het appartement is heel ruim met mooie oude details

De badkamer is niet heel luxe en praktisch

Lift only worked for one piece of luggage we were not able to do more

Location was amazing - both of the flats (we were 3 couples travelling together) had beautiful high ceilings and actually both had double beds. We used the top floor for having dinner together as living area slightly bigger. Kitchen very well stocked with everything you could need, including a coffee machine ! Stunning views from both flats of the river and the centre of Ghent

Het is een groot, ruim en mooi appartement. De locatie is super in de binnenstad van Gent. De bedden slapen goed. We zouden hier zo nog een keer naartoe gaan, ondanks enkele defecten.

Er zijn behoorlijk wat defecten in het huis. Het contact met de verhuurder is ook via whatsapp beperkt. Er lag geen informatie klaar bij binnenkomst. De defecten waar wij in meer en mindere mate last van hadden: - lift waarvan we niet weten of er sprake is van een defect of dat we iets verkeerd deden. - vaatwasser kapot - kraan in de keuken geeft alleen koud water - afzuiging werkt niet/minimaal - lampjes afzuiging kapot - licht op één van de slaapkamers doet het niet - verlichting in de keuken, twee van de vier lampjes doen het - Toiletrolhouder kapot Als een klusjesman hier wat klussen opknapt is dit appartement echt perfect

La ubicación es inmejorable. En pleno centro cerca de la catedral y el castillo. Los anfitriones ofrecen flexibilidad en los horarios de entrada y salida si tienen disponibilidad, lo cual es muy de agradecer. Los apartamentos son muy grandes y bastante confortables.

Únicamente tener en cuenta que en el caso del apartamento grande hay bastantes escalones para acceder a los dormitorios lo cual puede ser un inconveniente en caso de personas mayores o niños. Por lo demás todo bien.

Excellent apartment. Excellent location.

The main problem was that there are 6 flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms and our host messaged us on the day of our arrival telling us not to take the lift. We had an elderly relative with us and this apartment is not really suitable for the elderly or infirm due to the steep and many stairs. This was not mentioned when booking. The other issue is the lack of communication from the host. I messaged her on WhatsApp and on the booking.com site early on the day before leaving asking if we could leave our luggage for a few hours before leaving the city but received no response whatsoever. One suggestion is that they could provide a toaster.
