Cap's House

Very spacious and nicely decorated, in a great position but just needs some TLC.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. The blinds in the top bedrooms wouldn't stay down and the curtains in the cosy apartment were not wide enough for the window so it let the light in in the morning. The door handle of the shared bathroom & one of the bedrooms in the Deluxe apartment had fell off so we couldn't shut the doors properly. The lift didn't work whilst we there so we had to carry heavy cases up and down the many flights of stairs. The TV's would not connect to any channels. The shared bathroom in the Deluxe apartment was not fully clean, it needs regrouting and also the towels were of very poor quality. Also, when we arrived there were some crumbs of previously eaten Crisps on the chairs in the living space so it suggested it had not been cleaned thoroughly before we arrived.

Spacious and good location

A bit flooding in the shower. The light system in the restroom seems a bit malfunction.

The location was excellent.

The curtains in the main bedroom didn't fit the windows, overlooking a pavement and with bright street lights at night, this was the worst thing. There was a note saying please don't remove the toiletries, but there was only an empty hand wash, nothing else. There was mould in the shower.

Location was excellent, the apartment itself was very spacious and overall very nice.

Beds were uncomfortable for us (too soft)

The location was very good.

I contacted the apartment manager to request a fly swatter or spray and they told me to go buy it myself. The couch was left open and we were unable to close it. The shower is glass enclosed and the glass needs proper cleaning.

No soap for washing hands, curtains in front bedroom (facing street) didn’t cover window.
