Je tenais sincèrement à vous remercier pour votre accueil, votre disponibilité et votre suivi tout au long du séjour. Malgré certaines difficultés, notamment la traversée du désert, vous avez toujours su nous tenir informés et nous accompagner. Cela a été très rassurant pour nous dans un pays dont nous ne connaissions ni les coutumes ni les habitudes, ce qui pouvait parfois être déstabilisant. Je vous remercie pour toutes les petites attentions que vous avez eues à notre égard, comme le fait de nous laisser utiliser votre réfrigérateur ou encore de nous avoir permis d’assister à un mariage local. The rooms look like they have been designed to be as eco-friendly as possible which was very nice! There was a circular high ceiling with an open kitchen and beautiful common spaces. The hotel also provided a taxi service with a (hefty) price that could take us anywhere. Also, they let us check in late at night.

When we entered the room, we saw that there were toothpaste marks in the sink and also a hair at the top of the shower head. Also, we arrived late at night and the was no hot water and we had to wait for 30 mins for the boiler. Lastly, the provided breakfast was lacking, especially for the price. It was only 2 pieces of bread, an omelet and a few small honey and marmalade dips. For the price and for the bio farm we were looking at we were expecting more.

This place is a beautiful quiet retreat in Luxor. The buildings are beautiful and the garden makes it more lovely. The staff are very attentive.

There are sand storms in March so it made everything sandy. The kitchen on the executive suite is open though covered just so you know if you reserve that space, which is probably much nicer when there's no sandstorms.

Very cool place, peaceful, beautiful and the host are a beautiful family very kind and you can ask everything they are helpful.

Il posto è davvero splendido, una struttura magnifica. La camera era molto spaziosa ed esattamente come quella vista in foto al momento della prenotazione La colazione è abbondante e sinceramente buonissima, cibo freschissimo e cucinato molto bene. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile!

Il Wi-Fi non funziona bene, la zona piscina è davvero molto bella però potrebbe esserci più attenzione alla pulizia, non abbiamo mai potuto fare il bagno perché l’acqua della piscina non veniva pulita, lo abbiamo anche chiesto ma non è stato dato seguito alla richiesta. Abbiamo mangiato in hotel e in generale abbiamo usufruito dei loro servizi anche come taxi, tutto bene ma non mi è piaciuto che il prezzo variasse sulla base di piccolezze senza che ci fosse un occhio di riguardo per i clienti.

Our stay at Steigenberger was very pleasant, the same day we started with a spa treatment - the Pharaoh bath, we got a special deal two for one. We had 3 massage therapists who took care of us💆‍♀️Higly recommending it! But let's get back to the beginning, we got welcomed by Ahmed, who gave us a beautiful room with a balcony facing the Nile. For many a dream come true.. You will be welcomed wih a refreshing cold hibiscus tea. The breakfast buffet there has a huge selection and in the evening you can also have a dinner buffet with a view to the Nile if you sit outside. There are two pools, gym, some stores with souvenirs around the hotel and even a swing to take a beautiful sunset picture with a view to the Nile. Thank you Ahmed for your assistance, we felt very welcome thanks to you. 💯☺️

The surrounding area is poor, but don't be scared, the locals are welcoming and kind. Sometimes you have to be patient so order your breakfast early if you have an adventure day planned.

Good welcome by host who gave us a tour of the lovely veg garden and the local town. Good sized room. Nice breakfast. Lovely building.

Bed had no headboard. Facilities in room were not as described e.g. no bath. It was really cold with a draft under the door. Nowhere to hang towels. No bedside tables. Described as executive suite. It was nicely built but not an exec suite. Dinner was ok but service poor and it was blowing a gale and freezing cold in the open dining room. We booked a "leave it to them dinner" for 6.30pm, they said they would call us when ready. They called us at 7pm. We then waited in the cold another half an hour. Food was cold.
