The floor to ceiling windows with the city view were nice. But also just the layout of the room, and the amenities at the property, as well as the location were nice.

The check-in process (especially for a2nd guest, or even a visitor) was cumbersome. Not only did I have to send photos of my ID and proof of vaccination ahead of time (including that of the 2nd guest) but then I had to resend them directly to the host's personal email when they said they couldn't retrieve them through booking.com's email system. In addition to that, when I arrived a few days later, I had to produce all the same ID again, so that the concierge could take photos of them, even though the host claimed they needed the info ahead of time to leave an authorization letter for the concierge. Then, we both had to allow the concierge to photograph us and get our signatures into the computer system, as well as leaving a piece of ID at the concierge desk throughout the whole stay.
