Great place, very well furnished. Very good location few minutes walking to the old Modica. Nice breakfast and very polite owner. Having parking is also a huge plus. I highly recommend.

Very nice facilities, small garden with lemon tree, close to the central part of the city. Room was clean, equipped with coffee machine and sweets. Overall I had a very pleasant stay. Next time when visiting Modica, will stay there again.

Facilities are next to a main road and you can hear the cars passing by.

Parking on site. Easy walk to centre of Modica. Great breakfast with a variety of choice, including yoghurt, and coffee made to our liking!

The owner is very friendly and helpful. The location of the property is only a 10 minute walk away from Modica's centre and is quiet. The rooms are clean, cosy, and accessible.

The location is good and the area is quiet. Enzo was very help full. We asked for something and after our day out we found it in our room.

In our room we had coffee machine but I prefer to have a kettle.

"2 days in Modica in a very comfortable location"

8.0

Well, this is an interesting place - and in a good way. On arriving, it doesn't quite look right, but you need to drive through the narrow archway - wing mirrors in please - and it opens up into ample off road parking space in a quiet courtyard. We were greeted by the owner, Enzo. He doesn't have much English, but uses his phone really well to translate Italian to English (and I assume other languages). Our room was through a side gate and from the entrance you get a view over the town and the hillsides. Entering the room, it had clearly been thoroughly cleaned and smelled absolutely beautiful. Centre of town is 300-400 metres down the hill, via some steps immediately from the room. All very convenient.

Nothing to fault the accommodation. Enzo requires to be paid in cash, which threw me a little - I hadn't got much - but we agreed I would pay him later. The steps from the room to the town pass some decrepit properties. Not the owners problem, and they aren't unlike many similar decaying properties in this town and others. Its a part of the story of these locations.
