Nothing super friendly staff

The cleaner, Nadia, is an absolute saint. She does an awesome job and works so hard — it’s clear she’s fighting a losing battle because the building itself is in such a terrible state, but she deserves so much credit for what she manages to keep on top of.

I stayed here recently and it was easily the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had — I ended up checking out 2 days early because it was so bad. Here’s what you can expect: - First impressions are terrible: Rubble piled up outside, washing hanging randomly at the front, and as soon as you walk in you’re greeted by piles of dirty laundry and a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the whole building. ​ - Check‑in was unprofessional: Handled by a staff member with a very strong body odour, which didn’t give much confidence right from the start. ​ - Filthy everywhere: The whole place felt unclean — hallways, kitchen area, shared spaces, and even inside the rooms. Junk and rubbish were left lying around everywhere. Bathrooms had no curtains for privacy. ​ - Safety & security issues: Broken beds, loose/unsafe electrical plugs, mice seen on the premises, and room doors with no locks. People would walk straight into rooms without knocking — zero privacy or security. ​ - No support: When I raised problems, nothing was fixed or sorted out. This place is not fit for human habitation. If you value your safety, hygiene, and peace of mind, look literally anywhere else. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I went there, rang the number I was given, stood there for an hour and no one answered. Called again in the afternoon and I was told to come back the next day they will extend my stay for another day. The next day I rang again until today, no one called me back

I’m still waiting for them to pay me back. As they were unable to give me a place to stay when I needed it
