prima hotel, goede service, heel tof uitzicht uit de kamers, zeker als je voldoende op de hoek zit en richting stadscentrum kan kijken

Location is good, rooms are nice, breakfast is poor considering the price.

Remotce control for TV was missing

The property is close to the Utrecht Central Station - making it easier to get around if you wish to explore beyond Utrecht. Property is well maintained, clean and fresh. Our rooms was available prior to schedule check-in of 15:00. Allowed us to freshen up earlier and explore old town of Utrecht. Breakfast onsite (included in package) had a nice variety of hot and cold food items. Suggest you arrive before the last hour to avoid disappointment as not all food stuff is stocked up again.

Hard to fault the place. Even though I like ketchup which wasn’t available on the buffet - staff were eager to assist in supplying small quantities for my breakfast.

Location is great if you want something next to the train station, and rooms are sufficiently comfortable. The pool area is nice but the loungers are not comfortable at all and not clean.

Breakfast is not great, just average. The staff is not especially nice (not accomodating to specific request of one of our family members who was sick and needed special bland food; we lost one shoe of my baby and within minutes it went missing never to be found again). Cleaning leaves to be desired (vg a used cup of coffee stays for the next day instead of being replaced, etc.) and there are no “extras” (like bathrobes or slippers).
