Excellent location in the heart of Chiang Mai Friendly and efficient staff with a real smile and a Real pleasure to take care of you . Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated It is like you are walking in an art gallery with original Painting and antiques furniture. Meeting room is available and a coffee shop as well With an exquisite decoration . An original vintage of Louis Vuitton luggages Are exposed in a nicely way . Breakfast is great and include in the room rate Excellent coffee as well . Soft drinks and snacks are complimentary in each room ! You even have a wine cellar with a great choice of wines at a very reasonable prices in each room . Really an amazing experience. We stayed an extra night as it was very difficult to Leave this hidden gem Can't wait to go back Highly recommend this place!

Amazing staff. Amazing rooms. The presidential suites worth the extra bucks with free mini bar included. All round an amazing stay. short walk over the bridge to night market or 30 BHAT van ride to any where old town area. dimpling Supermarket 10 min walk away. With the free breakfast you Can’t go wrong.

Outstanding hotel! We have just spent 2 wonderful nights in this brand new hotel. Beautifully decorated large room with great bedding, good soundproof, great light-obscuring curtains for real dark nights, beautiful & functional bathroom, free minibar, complimentary fruits. Good breakfast. Walking distance of great massage place & good restaurant options. Lastly, all hotel personnel is very friendly. Outstanding value for money compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Thailand - I had hesitated to book because of limited reviews given hotel was brand new, but I would highly recommend.

We chose The bridge an Eclectic Luxotel since it was near the Ping river and made it easy to join the celebration for Loi Krathong. After we arrived we were greeted with a very welcoming and joyous staff. During the stay they were able to help with any questions we had and gave good recommendations on where to go in the City. The room blew us away with the size and amenities. The I want to go back just to use the shower everyday. If you are visiting Chiang Mai, I highly recommend this accommodation, it will surpass your expectations and will be a highlight of your trip.

I was just in Chiang Mai and stayed at the Bridge Hotel, a fabulous boutique hotel. It is decorated with Asian art and antiques combined with tasteful contemporary furniture. The service is great and breakfast delicious. I highly recommend it and give it an A+ all the way around.

It’s my last night at this hotel. And I had to write the review as I’m so pleased I picked this place. First of all I’ve never seen more attentive staff anywhere . They are genuinely trying to go beyond to help with everything . The bed ! Is probably one of the most comfy I’ve slept in. The hotel is like an art museum, there are art pieces everywhere . Immaculate clean with gorgeous toiletries . Breakfast one of the best . We ordered dinner to the room one night and we were so pleased with our food. Really tasty and prices are not biting at all. If I ever had to come back to Chiang Mai I would for sure stay here again. Thank you everyone for making our stay so special. To just add to the hotel generosity and hospitality they have offered us a free ride to the airport in the morning . That’s for sure first time happening to me . Million thank you.

Had a chance to stay here for a night, the hotel was so well-design with a pleasant atmosphere. Basically, everything was perfect, the room, the restaurant or even the coffee bar. Staff were super friendly and helpful, will definitely come back next time and will recommend to my friends & family.

Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights and had the most amazing experience. The staff were absolutely incredible, my partner arrived earlier than me and was there before the allotted check in but they were more than happy to assist and allowed her early access to the room. I arrived later in the afternoon and the hotel arranged for me to be picked up from the airport and brought back to the hotel safe and sound. On arrival I was greeted at the front desk with a fresh mango juice which was just what I needed after 24 hours of travelling. I was then shown to my room. The hotel itself was stunning full of unique original antiques from Thailand, Burma and China it felt like you were walking through a museum, it was super interesting. The suite itself was huge and the bed was probably the comfiest I’ve slept in! (I travel with my job so I’ve tested a few) it was also massive, the bathroom was beautiful! Set in marble with his and hers sinks was a nice touch, also the shower was hot and powerful. Directly next door was the breakfast area/restaurant, we ate here in the evening before having breakfast, again the staff really had your best interests at heart and waited hand on foot all the way! I had a gorgeous wagyu beef steak and my partner the calamari and we both agreed that we would definitely be back. The next day we had breakfast in the same place. You have the choice of American breakfast, continental or Asian. I had the American and my partner had the continental, I promise you I have never seen so much food come out for 2 people! The fruit was so fresh and the the food cooked well. Overall the quality of the staff, the hotel and everything about here was just incredibly stunning! They should be proud of the business they run and the people they have employed. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Hope to see you again in the future. Nathan and Georgia room 201.
