Before check-in and payment, I asked to see the room to ensure it was clean and matched the photos on Booking, and the staff willingly agreed. I appreciated the attentive and friendly service. The room was clean and cleaned daily. Disposable toiletries — including toothbrushes, shampoos, and shower gels — were replenished every day, along with two bottles of 0.33L water. Everything met the standards expected of hotels in this price range.

I was disappointed that the listing mentioned high-speed internet, while in reality the connection was unreliable. At best, the speed reached 30 Mbps, but most of the time it either dropped significantly or the Wi-Fi disconnected entirely. This issue was not on my end — I tested the connection on three different devices with various specifications and operating systems, and the problem was consistent across all of them. Additionally, my room had no window — while this was noted in the listing, staying in such an environment was extremely uncomfortable. The room was stuffy, with a persistent musty odor that could not be eliminated without proper ventilation. The furniture was heavily worn, which further indicated long-term use and poor air circulation. Moreover, the photos on the booking platform differed noticeably from the actual condition of the room. I would recommend either updating the images or renovating the furnishings — this would offer a more honest representation for future guests.

The pressure of water in bathroom very low, not enough for take a shower. The door of toilets didnt work you can not close. The room smell bad. The room and toilets are very dirty...

Girls at a reception desk are very nice, I enjoyed talking to them. Everything is reachable on foot from the hotel, be it a city center or the sea side.

Roaches. They come at night, and they are massive in size. Yes, it's a normal for the region, yet not for a hotel. At least give your customer a special spray to kill the roach. Also, fill the gaps where possible so they cannot creep into easily.
