In Booking.com website the property was mentioned as 'No upfront payment required'. However, immediately after booking, the hotel asked for 50% of payment, and the booking was put on hold. The room service was below par, no toiletries, no extra pillow. The size of room was also small for a family of 2+2. No proper bills / invoice was given and after a detailed conversation, a printed copy was given reluctantly. Way too expensive for the type of room & service that was provided. There are other better options available.

It was a pleasant stay. Since we were travelling, we spent less than a day here. We had a comfortable stay to get rid of the travelling tiredness.

Providing only one water bottle for one night stay as a complement. It must be atleast 2 .( Even a for 4 people)

Horrible

The stay was very horrible. No complimentary water of 2 bottles as provided in all treebo hotels. When i was checking out, I was asked to pay the full amount which I had already paid on checking. Then I was asked to pay 82 rupees extra for water bottle. When i showed the receipt, then the receptionist kept quiet. Very bad. The receptionist should be pulled up and action to be taken against him for his deceiving. Looking forward for your mail in this regard

Air condition wasn’t cooling, very impatient staff, rude behaviour over the phone when speaking to reception,
