ארוחת בוקר מצוינת !!! יחס אדיב של(רוב)הצוות והמנהל

פער בין פקידי הקבלה . בערב כשהגענו היה מישהו מאד נחמד ומסביר פנים. בבוקר למחרת היה בחור צעיר מאד לא שירותי וחבל.

The location is practical because very close to the train station. The rooms were big, great for families, the food was good and the staff very nice.

I had pre-booked via booking shabat lunch for 6 people including small kids, it was validated, and paid for. On Saturday, an hour before lunch, I have been told there was no food, too few people registered (and apparently an internal mistake). I found myself begging for leftovers while holding my 2yo whiny kid, being the one proposing different (rejected) options until we agreed I could take leftovers from the breakfast. So I did filled a few plates - with the baby - alone, with no one from the staff helping me or making me less shameful to the exception of one lady who came to help me carry it to the room... I was also denied dinner instead because "not pre-booked". I was finally offered a lunch at 2pm after it was completely irrelevant and said I would be charged for it ?? In the end, I got a refund that was supposed to be for both the inexistant lunch and the paid Friday dinner BUT back home I discovered I had still been charged an extra 800NIS - not with my approval - that is not explained and still not refunded after one full month of asking for it three times a week.

מלון נוח ונעים במרכז העיר. מתאים לנסיעות עבודה.

הבריכה נסגרה מוקדם מידיי. הקרבה אל התחנה המרכזית ותחנת הרכבת היא מאוד נוחה אבל כדאי לשפר את מראה הפסאז׳ דרכו נכנסים למלון כדי ליצור סביבה נעימה יותר.

Отличное расположение если вы приезжаете на поезде. В отеле чисто, стильно. Особую атмосферу создаёт стиль старинного бутика. Тихо и уютно. Вкусный завтрак, очень хороший выбор блюд. Персонал приветливый, отзывчивый.

Хотелось бы чтобы бассейн работал с 07.00, а не с 10.00 Было бы здорово окунуться перед завтраком.

אהבנו את את היחס האדיב והנעים של הצוות (בעיקר את רפאלה החייכנית) בארוחת הבוקר שאלו אם אנחנו רוצים קפה. המלון מעוצב בצורה מאוד מיוחדת, החדר מקסים ונעים, המיטה מאוד נוחה, החדר מאובזר במיקרוגל, מקרר קטן, קומקום, מכונת קפה, כירה חשמלית וכיור. המיקום נוח ליד תחנה הרכבת, ותחנה מרכזית, קרוב לקניון),

המעליות איטיות מאוד, ארוחת הבוקר היתה בסיסית הלחמניות לא היו מספיק טריות. חבל שאין מרפסת לשים לייבוש את הבגדים ובעיקר את הבגדי ים.

האוכל היה מעולה

מתקן מים תמי ארבע לא מתוחזק מיקום לא טוב מיטה יש מקום לשיפור

Breakfast was good.

- No towels in the pool. Constantly. - Sometimes no milk in the reception floor's coffee corner. - We were asked to move to another room after 2 days because of water system maintenance works. But new room had many problems: - Some bed linen were dirty (stains) - TV remote control not functioning. - Telephone in the room not functioning. - Bath tub was dirty. (stains)
