Close to the beach Breakfast was ok Rooms are nice and comfortable

Service was terrible A lot of shout at reception when they talk to clients . We need some towels and they said there are no more available and clean towels !! Unbelievable. ,I stayed in a lot of hotels I have never seen that . It was a holiday day off in Israel so lots of families at hotels and not enough towels ? The price of the room was expensive! So a minimum of good service from the staff is required !!!
