The pool didn’t work.

Huge apartment. Bedrooms on opposite ends of unit which is great for privacy. Fully stocked kitchen! AC worked very well. Mall and groceries next door was convenient. Very attentive staff and quick communication. They helped us charter a beauty boat as well as airport transfers. Had an amazing stay!!

The space was sufficient

No internet all areas

Good location and good property. All appliances worked fine and everything was spotless clean. Also, the staff was reasonably available to fix small issues we had on arrival. For the price you pay I would recommend it only if you are planning to use it as house and not just to sleep. A hotel would give you more luxury for the same price otherwise.

Though the property had the capability, I wouldn't classify the overall experience as "luxury". There were a number of nuisances: - swimming pool was still not accessible as summer season had yet to start. This was not made clear upfront. - a few fees payable only in cash, some of which were not made clear upfront (50€ for a crib though a +1 infant was in the booking) - some windows had no blinds but only curtains, which made it impossible to sleep past sunrise. - bed sheets wouldn't properly fit the beds and mattress quality was ok, but not great. - some shower towels were not in great conditions (some holes) - in the main bathroom it was hard to take a shower without splashing water outside

cleanliness. pillows, mattress was dirty with stains , seems like it wasn’t clean or changed for a long time. In master bedroom in washroom was cockroaches coming out from the shower sink , so we didn’t use that bathroom for whole period of staying. we asked to change the apartment , cause we booked for a month and didn’t want to live with cockroaches, but they told us that they didn’t have available apartments. they brought us spray and that’s it =)
