How it was mis-sold/advertised to us. We booked for our family with 5 young children (we included the ages in the booking), and were sold two apartments (no problem with this), with zero mention that they were in separate buildings - clearly inappropriate. In the confirmation email they even stated “access to THE building” and it was only just as we made travel arrangements to arrive it became clear there were separate addresses. When we called to raise the issue, no support or understanding was given, and they refused to refund us. We had to book alternative accommodation at very short notice, adding undue stress to our holiday, and the owners even had the cheek to ‘report’ us for not attending even though we requested a cancellation and informed them that separate buildings was unacceptable. Misleading selling and advertising of suitable accommodation, rude and unhelpful customer service. Would not recommend booking with this property/owners.

I always like a self check-in, and this one went smoothly. I received codes for everything and images with the locations for everything.

Great location, free parking. Plenty of shops nearby.

Superclean,comfortable,lovely decor and perfect size.Heating easily adjustable,very comfortable shower and amazing bed.Love the Lavazza coffee machine and the balcony overlooking the quiet neighborhood.Slippers are provided.5 mins walk to Iulius Mall and Taxi station,2 mins to the bus station.
