Ein Rohdiamant. Tolle Lage, schöner Pool.Könnte perfekt sein, wenn man Einiges erneuern würde.

Uralter Herd, uralter Fön, renovierungsbedürftige Dusche, kaputte Liegenauflagen, ersatzbedürftige Küchenutensilien. Die Haustür ist völlig verrottet. Die Infomappe spricht noch von Euroschecks. Die gab es zuletzt in 2002. Es könnte so schön sein, wenn man sich kümmern würde.

Die Lage im Ort, umgeben von Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkt war sehr gut (auch nicht zu laut!). Stellplatz für Auto sehr wichtig im kleinen Ort. Sehr persönlicher und regelmäßiger Service des Hausverwalters - gute und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Sehr gute Ausstattung.

Die Dusche im Bad bedarf einer Instandsetzung. Der Pool funktionierte zwar tadellos, aber die Fliesen müssten teils erneuert werden. 2. Hausschlüssel wäre sinnvoll.

The property was a little hard to find initially, through the narrow streets and the one way system, but well worth the effort. It was spacious with a veranda that has great views looking west and the small pool gave some relief from the afternoon heat. The village itself was small but very lively and had a great atmosphere. We also found that there was about an hour's easy to walk to Phaistos.

The only very small complaint is that the irrigation system for the plants on the veranda needs adjusting as some of the plants were dead and there was water on the floor in front of the door in the morning. The welcome pack of coffee, tea and wine etc. was great but it would be handy if there are one or two basics in the cupboard, e.g. olive oil, to help make a light snack or do a bit of cooking on arrival.
