Michalis war vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag super zuvorkommend und großzügig. Er war stets für alle Anliegen offen.

Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren immer frisch, allerdings hat die Reinigungskraft mit dreckigem Wischmopp " gereinigt" so dass man fremde Haare auf dem Boden hatte. Außerdem hat sie nur da geputzt wo man bequem hinkam
