"Buena atención y mejora comunicación"

La atención del personal muy buena es un plus excelente, buen café matutino en el loby, instalaciones y mobiliario nuevo y limpio.

No había agua caliente, lo solucionaron hasta las 10 y media pm, no hay comunicación habitación=recepción y son 3 pisos de escaleras por lo urge teléfono

El hotel es bonito y moderno, esta recién remodelado y está su lobby y restaurante en proceso. Las habitaciones limpias y amplias, las camas cómodas extragrandes, tv por cable, baño limpio, funciona muy bien la regadera y agua caliente muy bien, el minisplit bien, todo es nuevo. El personal es muy amable y atento.

El hotel es muy bonito, trato excelente del personal y muy limpio. Muy cercano a la estación Candelaria del Tren Maya, el único detalle que tuvimos fue que no contamos con el servicio de wifi durante los 3 días de estancia, nos comentó la chica de recepción que tenían días con las fallas.
