If you are a loyal Marriott Bonvoy traveler, avoid this property! This is the worst hotel in the Marriott chain I have stayed out in almost 40 years of business travel. Hotel is outdated. It is situated directly above the highway and you hear traffic 24/7. There are no amenities at the hotel, no free breakfast, food in the hotel restaurant is average but over priced. Hotel staff needs more training. The rooms were clean. Parking is close but expensive. Very difficult to navigate to and from hotel.

Very disappointed. I do not recommend Four Point to anyone. It is very expensive and nothing special. I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. Every time you leave and come back, they charge your card again for parking. They do not charge a small amount — they charge a big amount for parking. The front desk staff were rude and did not want to explain anything. I paid extra for breakfast, but the food was not good and there were very few options. I could only eat cereal. If you wanted anything else, you had to pay more. Nothing made sense. It felt like a rip off.

Comfortable bed and linens, shower was good. I liked the chair and bed table.

I didn't like the smell in the room, to me it felt like the exhaust from the freeway came into the room. An air purifier would be a good idea.

Issues during check in and parking garage is kinda pricey
