Good location, and huge building

Front of house staff were not particularly helpful. On checking in I was shoed away from the first reception contact and waived off to someone else, no eye contact just told to “go over there” When eventually got checked in despite the concierge contact being reasonably friendly he didn’t explain anything about the hotels facilities and just asked for me tj enter my card into the machine for any deposits. Didn’t explain how or why.

Room service was quite pricy. I paid $27 for 2 cans of Pepsi to be delivered to room when my son was sleeping

Great location, very central . Cleaning of room daily was excellent. Room very spacious. Staff all friendly and helpful. Bar 10 food excellent.
