Needs updated, not all staff speak English, refrigerator in my room did not work, asked for someone to look at it 3 times, no one came..

"Very good location and very comfortable room. Modern Bathroom. Enjoyed my overall stay."

Beds were very comfortable. Beautiful view of the Park and Fountain. Shower was excellent. Plenty of hot water.

Television was dated and small. Could be upgraded to newer technology.

"It was hell!!!"

OUR ROOM WAS SO HOT 80 degrees up to 82 degrees! The AIR DID NOT WORK AT ALL!!! I have never been so damn hot!!! The hotel need to upgrade! The vents were dirty per usual!! They couldn’t transfer to another room due to opening day!! I am so mad we paid for this hotel!!! I literally had to prop our room door open!! So ghetto

The air didn’t work it was so hot

It was centrally located such that all major events and restaurants were within walking distance.

Coffee was hard to come by. There was a Starbucks in the building near the lobby but the equipment was not working.
