Clean, spacious, great location

Breakfast was slow turnover of tables. Wait staff was overwhelmed as was during the World Cup and was extremely crowded . They should mark their buffet items with respect to allergens such as gluten especially when they expect large crowds and it’s hard to find staff to ask

I was celebrating my anniversary. They had said they were gonna send me a dessert plate and that the company had approved it when I called front desk and they said they didn’t have anything they charge for champagne flutes, which is ridiculous to me. The property is run down and outdated.

Comfortable, clean room, bathroom was small & dark; towels were nice size; robe was supplied. Room was not cleaned until after 4:00; Very convenient to Americasmart with connecting bridge. Sun Dial bar and lounge, food was very average, at best. Ordered room service for breakfast, only half was delivered, eventually the other half of order was delivered. English muffin was cold, hence the cold butter didn't melt. But I would stay here again because of the convenience to market, but that's the only reason.
