I didn’t like that I paid extra for a skyview room and because I booked through booking they didn’t have one available for me

Overall the experience was great! I want to point out 2 employees who made a big difference. Your cafe staff member “Izzy” Hispanic gentleman was absolutely amazing and made us feel welcomed. He greeted us with a warm smile. This was one of the few the smiles we received from your hotel staff. Blare from the reception area was very helpful and kind as well. She recommended a great Italian restaurant and helped us identify what is walking distance. The GA was a small safe walk. The State Farm and Mercedes stadium are walkable distance as well.

The breakfast at the hotel was good. Most of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. However I booked two rooms but I was not told that I had to have a deposit hold on both of the rooms which caused me an embarrassing financial hardship while there. It was advertised as handicap accessible, however, I found it difficult to get around as a handicapped person.

The hotel is dated. Everything needs to be updated from carpet to the bed and bedding. We did not have bath towels. We were giving hand towels and wash clothes. No floor mat one night. And was not told that we should not drink or brush our teeth with the tap water until the next day of our stay. We had no running water in the not running and when it started working it was brown. Elevated needed to be slowed down for handicapped customers.

Good location. Walking distance to convention center, aquarium and Coca Cola museum. The view is also stunning.

Feels outdated. Bath tub was so slippery I had to hold on for dear life so I didn’t fall. Not enough power outlets. One of the only hotels I’ve stayed at recently that didn’t have plugs for USB cables and no power outlet by the bed.
