Two Mountains Lodge

I liked the room ,it was very nice and comfortable. Room was clean and had lovely balcony with a lovely wives. Beautiful gardens and view of the both mountains. We were greeted by lovely staff and made welcome.

I did not like food at all ,it was very basic no much choice . Lodge was lovely but way to far from the airport

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Peaceful area and feels like a getaway from the hustle and bustle of Arusha.

This hotel has a lot of potential to be great, however falls short on many minor things. The price is very high for what you get. A few things to note: there was no fridge in the room, the shower had very low water pressure, Wifi was very patchy and slow, room was not refreshed daily, only coffee (no tea) in the room, finishings in rooms were quite dated and cheap, no real areas outside of the room to relax that is not the dining room. The viewpoint from the roof is great to watch a sunset, however the area could be developed into a really cool space (rather than a blank rooftop).

The location is off the beaten path and is very nice. The breakfast is very good as well.

The WIFI shifts from one level to another in the property and thus could be a little spotty, especially in the upper rooms.

This property is off the “beaten path” but well worth the trip and only 20-30 min outside of Arusha. The property was clean, reasonably priced, quiet, and very courteous staff members. I arrived late night (after 9pm) and staff was available and willing to prepare dinner. On a clear day you may catch a glimpse of both Mount Meru and Mount Kilimanjaro side by side…..amazing! Very nice property well kept and great staff.

We stayed at 2 Mountains for 8 nights as we were visiting friends in the area so the location was very good for us.All the staff were excellent,friendly, helpful and willing to please.The manager Stephania was very concerned with everyone's stay wishing to please all her guests.She was very kind and helpful and greeted us every morning at breakfast to ask if we were comfortable etc. The surrouding area was so peaceful and lush and ideal for thse who wish to get away from the busy atmosphere that you will experience in Arusha.We had a deluxe room with balcony which was spacious with large bathroom with shower cabinet. Rooms were cleaned every day and we also had tea and coffee facilities in the room plus a daily issue of 2 bottles of water. Breakfast was inluded in the price and was good with fresh juice and fruits and eggs of any description plus sides and pancakes which were very good. From the top of the building on a clear day you can see both Mountains ,Meruand Kilimanjaro, unfortunately during ur stay Kilimanjaro was permanently covered by clouds. The pool although cold was refreshig and clean. We both enjoyed our stay here and would certainly stay here again

The Internet was sporadic and although you could get WiFi in your rooms it was more consistent in the bar area.There was inconsistent electical power supply almost daily for a couple of hours. If you do not have a car then you would need to take a taxi into Arusha or the next big town as there is nothing within the vicinity of the hotel e.g restaurants, good supermarkets or any night entertainment. For us as we said the location was perfect .The road to the main road is very dusty and takes about 30 mins to walk, there you can pick up the cheap local transport into Arusha town which takes about 30 minutes . For those that want a peaceful couple of days after a safari or a climb this is the perfect getaway..
