Ótimas condições, quarto sossegado, limpo e muito bem decorado. Localização excelente, com estacionamento na rua. Atendimento muito bom, simpatia e preocupação para que o cliente esteja bem.

Pequenos pormenores que não foram verificados antes do check-in (comando TV, pressão água no WC) e podem melhorar o serviço de pequeno almoço.

"lovely and calm environment"

The house was lovely and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind! I was also upgraded to a room, free of charge which was so lovely. highly recommend staying there especially to get a cozy homey feeling.

could be nice ahead of the visit to have a check in email about what to expect / how to get there and when to check in
