Wel op een drukke baan, maar eenmaal binnen een oase aan rust. De ontbijtruimte is heel charmant met een mooie tuin achter. De kamer was heel mooi. Wij hadden de deluxe studio met stapelbed voor de kinderen. Groot genoeg. Heel mooie badkamer. Kleine kitchenette aanwezig. Het interieur ook super. Maar vooral de gastvrouw was heel vriendelijk, gedienstig. Een top B&B!

"Lovely, but low ceilings."

We very much enjoyed our night at the Old Guesthouse. Plenty of parking outside and we walked in for a meal in the old market square of Salisbury which took about 20 minutes each way. The only thing is my partner is over 6ft and the ceilings are VERY low. He kept banging his head on the door frames etc.

This was our favorite stay out of three weeks in England! The home itself is beautiful, with tons of character. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Be sure to check out the gorgeous garden out back! The owners mother was always out and about helping and chatting and is an absolute treasure of a human being. ❤️

Lovely property with updated rooms and very nice bathroom. Owner recommended a perfect walk by the River Avon to the Cathedral. Plus dinner at a pub from the 1300s. All so wonderful. Then, a delicious English breakfast, customized for each of us.
