We have been here many times! Love the private beach and the tranquil surroundings of this property away from the hubbub of the busy Ixtapa beach with multiple hotels and condos sharing a beach. The rooms could use some renovating and updating of furniture and accessories in the room. We had to move rooms because the first room just seemed to be “falling apart.” Lampshade broken and at a permanent tilt, TV nearly falling off wall mount and crooked, shower water pressure nonexistent, and tired furniture. Changed room next day and manager personally showed us new room and made sure we were satisfied and we were very happy with new room.

Lobby view is spectacular… They need to upgrade their all-inclusive service… Stop writing out bills… I would love to grab and go but everything has to be written down. They need to change that also rooms are old. Everything needs an upgrade.
