Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel

The restaurants/buffet was good and the lobby areas were nice.

I thought the room was pretty dated.

部屋のハンドソープが固形はあり得ない。どんなに品質が良くても感染対策上、良くない。ディズニーリゾートまでのシャトルバスが無いのも残念。

Location and the cafe in the main foyer, the staff are so friendly and helpful

The main foyer is lovely but the hotel definetley needs a refurb. Our room was a bit outdated, the TV looked like it was 15 years old, the hallways and carpets looked a bit tired. The convenience stores available could have been a bit more extensive. Very basic and we ended up just walking to the lawson in the hilton instead

稍微有点美中不足的是，走廊和房间里的灯光都有些偏暗。另外，从我们住的房间好像不太方便看到乐园晚上的烟花表演，算是一点小遗憾吧。

Liked just about everything

That you had to pay to use the outdoor pool. The cost of the accommodation should have covered pool use.8

Proximity to the monorail, staff friendliness, overall size and configuration of the room.

Hotel is definitely showing some wear and tear.

I was close to the Disney train. Room was comfortable and clean. Service was excellent.

So far nothing, everything was excellent

We really enjoyed the arcade and the play room for the kids under 12. We also really like the laundry facilities and the golf.

A lot of kids have allergies these days and my son had a cross contamination with peanut butter. Peanut butter should come in small pre-packaged containers, not in a jar where people touch the spoon to get the peanut butter out and then go on to touch other things. The Peanut butter was very close to the fried egg station and he had a cross contamination reaction due to it. When there is an allergic cross contamination reaction a lot of kids do not want to eat anymore they usually want to vomit. We let staff know about the contamination and they offered a free meal, but my son just wanted to throw up (after feeling tingling in his mouth and like his throat was closing for 5 seconds, but thankfully that drowning for air feeling went away-yes we carry EpiPen's). Instead of a free meal there should have been a paid physician to do a wellness check on him. In summary, more needs to be done when it comes to allergies. They should have asked if our family had allergies (all families before entering the restaurant) to begin with and there should be more awareness on allergies and what to do when there is a cross contamination or anaphylactic reaction.
