I was using this hotel to stop on the way to my vacation destination. I was rather dissatisfied with the overall experience. The manager did not give us the resolution we deserved after putting up with this crap.

There was so much to this hotel that i didnt like. It was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I dont think they did laundry.The bed had blood stains on it. We ended up unable to use any of the covers/pillows and hardly were able to get any sleep due to anxiety of the uncleanliness of the room. (we slept on top of towels) We took pictures and gave it to the Hotel manager and he said he gave us a 25$ voucher (which was rather inconsiderate if you ask me after having to deal with the whole weekend on no sleep) But, i guess the voucher had a time limit on it, because it now says expired. HILARIOUS! This place was really terrible!

The room was very spacious; larger than expected.

No hot breakfast. But there are plenty of restaurants around. There is no elevator. Not a problem for us, but something to consider when booking.

Not only were they not able to give my dad a room for his handicap but they put him on the third floor. They also said breakfast was Included but failed to mention it was simply coffee and oatmeal.

We did not stay!! We checked in…went and grabbed some supper and did some shopping. Upon returning we grabbed luggage and headed upstairs…upon entering the 3rd floor there was a horrible smell of cigarette smoke. *you sign a paper upon checking in stating you will not smoke/vape in room* There were bags of trash outside of doors in the hallway and a damp feeling. On the walls were white marks as if they were maybe filling holes in walls…ok, but not mention of that in details. Upon entering room, the smoke smell was worse as was the damp feeling. Floors looked dingy and in need of cleaning. We immediately turned in our room keys and left. We messaged Booking.com and they tried multiple times to make contact with hotel to try and resolve this matter but without them responding, we are unable to get a refund. The pictures that are posted are NOT a true representation of what this hotel looks like!

The location was convenient for what we were doing.

It was old and outdated, there were no dishes in the room, the mattress for the sofa pull out was filthy and the hallway constantly smelled of marijuana.
