Good area

The hotel got bought out by Suburan Studios. Booking wasn't updated. I was charged by Suburban and also by Extended Stay and nobody wants to do anything about it other than make me have the run around trying to call people to figure it out. Complete Disaster.

horrible customer service and rude manager team. They need a new staff manager team. I never received my refund back for the 2 nights I didn't stay on the property. the room was dirty.

This is pet friendly

Pretty much everything. This motel is poorly managed. The floor of the room was so fishy and sticky that we had to ask the management to send someone to come and clean it. The fridge was not cooling at all. This place has a very bad smell, with a strong smell of weed as an extra bad surprise. Guests were very weird, and clearly, you should pass on this place.
